The secret behind the headshot is to develop rapport quickly with the subject so their natural personality can transfer to the camera. Usually busy executives don’t have much time. Getting to a comfort zone as quickly as possible is key. To do so, I like to ask general questions about family, where they grew up, what do they like most about the job, etc. This helps the shoot move into a comfortable environment so the magic can happen!
